1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on btd99, you must meet certain basic eligibility criteria. Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection Policy

Btd99 services are available to users aged 18 and above only. Any use of this platform by a minor constitutes a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

We take the protection of minors very seriously. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account and request the necessary documents for age verification.

• A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate is accepted as valid proof of age.
• If verification confirms the user is under 18, the account will be permanently closed.
• All transactions made by a minor will be considered void.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Terms

Btd99 reserves the right to adjust betting odds at any time; however, once a bet is confirmed, the odds will remain fixed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, btd99 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by market and event.
• Placing simultaneous bets on opposing outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Betting based on match fixing or inside information is a criminal offense.
• Delays may occur in live betting; the final decision on accepting or voiding bets rests with btd99.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or subject to a rule change, btd99's decision shall be final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on btd99. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Attempting to infiltrate the platform through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Btd99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. This decision is entirely at btd99's discretion, and you may also request account closure at any time.

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents or submission of incorrect information.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• Upon request by a court order or law enforcement authority.
• Upon a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account closure, any remaining valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, this may not apply in cases where the account is closed due to a terms violation.

9 Limitation of Liability

Btd99 strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances. btd99 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen events.

• Service unavailability due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or similar circumstances.
• You are solely responsible if your account credentials are accessed by another person.
